API returning only 5 courses but not all

If we use this: https://dev.art-providers.com/wp-json/wplms/v1/course/filters?filter=%7B%22search%22:%22%22,%22filters%22:%5B%5D,%22sort%22:%22popular%22,%22paged%22:1,%22per_view%22:9999999%7D [5courses are returned] How can we get the URL for all courses from a site?
