Appearance Problem

Hello, When I click click on appearance and then click on personalize I get an error page. What could be the problem. I am also trying to change the logo in the top left side, how can I do that? Thanks

Hi, You are getting a 500 error : Please refer to this screenshot : <b>http://prntscr.com/ffe1nh</b> Well 500 errors are related to server side issues. 1. There might be insufficient memory available for the theme to run properly, we recommend atleast 128MB of memory for WPLMS Theme. 2. If you use a lot of third party plugins then you might need to upgrade your memory limit to more than 128MB 3. There is also an issue with the ENVATO MARKET PLUGIN. It sometimes causes wp-admin to not open at all or open very slowly. It sometimes also gives 500 errors. Envato market plugin is not a stable release. So, for the time being do not activate it. You will still get the theme updates if you have added the api key and password in the Wp-admin->wplms->getting started. How do I increase the memory? and you have not answered me about the logo?

I can't  disable the plugin through the wp-admin and I tried to change the name but it does not disable it

Hi, Yes, i have disabled the envato market plugin on your site. Also contact your webhost to increase your memory limit.

Hi.. I checked your website and found out that the visual composer is causing the issue on your webiste. If you deactivate the visual composer plugin then it will work fine. I also notice that your theme and plugins are outdated and your php version is 5.4 (we recommend between 5.6 to 7.0).
