    Hi, Please see screenshot 1 for touchpoint setting for student apply course and instructor approve/reject application. Issue Description: When student apply for course, student receive Message, Notification, Email. All ok. Instructor receive Message, Notification, Email.   When instructor rejects application, student never receive Message, Notification, Emails. All not ok. Instructor also did not receive any Message, Notification, Email.   Additional info: Message between users are ok. Message and Emails are received by both parties. Account activation emails also working fine. Regards.

    Update from my previous post: When instructor rejects application, there is an email sent to admin. Please see screenshot 2 attached.

    The Application rejected and accepted are the same touch point. It is important to note, who rejects the user's application, the person rejecting the user;s application as he's the sender and would receive confirmation as well. So, please clarify : a. The student does not receive the rejection mail : Yes/No b. The application is rejected by the instructor and admin receives the mail : Yes/No

    Hi Mr Vibe, Answers to your questions: a) Student does not receive the rejection email. b) Application is rejected by instructor, and instructor and student both do not receive any emails. And admin receives an email, without any course info or user info. Regards.

    Hi - when we have no external link on a course and no associated product and apply for course selected - we do not receive any emails to either the student or the instructor to say that they are interested in the course.  Any ideas of how we can resolve this please?  I have noticed that they are going  into the system under notifications just no email is arriving to notify either the student or instructor.

    @wincrm: Please create your own topics for your issues. Please check if you have enabled the touch point for the emails or not, you can enable the touch points from the wp-admin->lms->settings->touch points.
