Appointment Approval features

We have more than 500+ instructors and if they start live class how can we handle this is there any features like course approval to appointment approval ? please explain handle this issues ?

@witslk, If the created schedule is a free schedule. Then the appointments request first submitted to instructor's and it's upto him whether to accept the appointment or reject the appointment But the feature is not for paid schedule

I am asking from Admin side Eg  : we have purchased video conference minutes (600min) but if 100 instructors decide to do free class then our all minutes will finished quickly. So if option available admin approval so we can easy to reject that free appointment or in appointment admin area there is option default price. OR only selected instructors allow to do appointment features
