    The free slot setting is not effective. Even I set the Appointment Type of a specific slot as a free booking time, saved availability schedules in "show details" and saved availability schedules in appointment settings, the appointment type of that slot was still shown as "Available" but not "Free". Please follow up. Thanks.

    Yes. the free slot works if I don't click here: http://prntscr.com/t493j1 However, after I add one new time slot and click here: http://prntscr.com/t493j1 for new time slot, the free slot setting of the old time slot will auto-cancel and became chargeable again. It is not reasonable to request instructors not to add any new time slots. It is a bug. Could you fix it? Many thanks!

    @stevenheong, You mean after changing the appointment type, you are trying to change the slot time(same slot time) and it is again switched to an available appointment type , but the type was actually set ---> free appointment type Is this what you are trying to point here?

    No. I mean I create another new time slot. When I set the free slot, it worked if I didn't click here: http://prntscr.com/t493j1 However, after I added another new time slot and clicked here to save: http://prntscr.com/t493j1, the previous time slot (free slot) will auto-became chargeable again. It is not reasonable to request instructors not to add any new time slots. It is a bug. Could you fix it? Many thanks!

    Thanks for all your help, but is it possible to share a screen recording for the same? So I can properly replicate the issue and then I will nark this as a bug if I found the steps are not correct. Thank you again You can use screen cast o matic to share the recording
