    Hi, I'm getting this error when trying to update appointments. Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can you please share the email id you used to purchase the addon. Make sure you are using the vibe appointments license key. Do share in private reply
