Arabic content not showing in course certificate

Hi, I'm using WPLMS PDF Certificates plugin to generate a certificate (in Arabic language) for students on course completion. the certificate template shows the Arabic letters normally but when assign it to students the student the Arabic letters become "?????". How to solve this problem? Thanks
