Articulate Content having Tincan not viewing in unit

Hello, We are using WPLMS 3.9.1 version installed in September 2018. We have uploaded Zip file of Articulate Storyline using plugin 'Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress Trial'. This folder is included Tincan.xml. We can not able to see the tutorial. Link for your reference is - http://p0q.559.myftpupload.com/unit/ait-26-matitis-tincan/?id=1331

Hello, We went through the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWgR-7CHAyk. Could not found 'Add Package' button as shown in the video. So we used 'Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress Trial' plugin to upload .zip folder. Articulate story folder with scorm 1.2 is supporting by wplms. But Articulate story folder with TinCan is not supporting. Please guide us.   Thank You

Yes its strange the packages are not uploading .. We need to check this up .Would need some time .If its an issue we will try to fix it in next update . Please ping back for a reminder .

I saw your shared video. I uploaded tincan  zip folder. Still it is not showing content. Is there any extra settings to do? Thank You for your great support. We have another tincan zip file from our other vendor. We followed the same steps for this file as well but it is not working properly. Please check why this file is not working. http://w8e.c29.myftpupload.com/unit/tincan-by-vinsys/.

Well there seems to be something wrong with the articulate package itself . there are no errors appearing but the package is not running . If you want no recording on external lrs for your package then please export the package from articulate sotryline for WEB - no LMS and follow this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWgR-7CHAyk If you want package to record activities on external lrs then please follow this video : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/tincan-api-support-and-recording-statements-from-articulate-package/
