Assignment: disable submit button until file finish uploading

Hi, is it possible, when type is Upload File, to hide/disable the submit button in assignment, until the file has uploaded completely? and when type is Text area, hide/disable submit button until user types something? https://prnt.sc/u5z4wt Because what happens now is that user ignores the warning, and just clicks on submit button even when the file is halfway uploaded. Then after that they get redirected to a page with error, and they cannot go back unless click on back button. We want to avoid this, by not allowing them to click submit at all. Please advise.
