Assignment evaluation remarks

Hi Where student can find evaluation remarks given by instructor to student?? PFA screenshot of evaluation screen https://prnt.sc/ufi6xd After submitting evaluation & remarks for assignment. Student did not received it anywhere. Neither on mail nor at results dashboard. Please tell me asap. How to fix it?

Hi Alex I check results section & notification received by student. Instructor remarks are not going to student or not visible on results sections https://prnt.sc/ur2gs8 I Checked same on admin section after I gave marks to student. I reloaded same admin section. I am not see remarks too. WPLMS is not saving those remarks entered by instructor. check screenshot for before & after reload. https://prnt.sc/ur2e25

Hi, The remarks are sent as a private message to the student, so please check if you have enabled the message component in settings->buddypress->components. The remarks are shown in the messages for the user. refer: http://prntscr.com/j86dhg

Hi @veronica @alex I have not enabled that settings because we dont want students to send message to each other. Just need instructor to send msg to student OR student to instructor. Let me know How I can do this.

Hi @alex Facing issue with this. See instructor remarks button coming randomly. Sometimes it is visible & sometimes its not coming. Well now the instructor remarks are set in the usermeta ,we have shifted and it resets when user retakes the quiz . However we have not check this rigorously . We will check this and get back to you

Hi @alex I figured out issue. - When same author of assignment give remarks, then button is visible. - When other user than author of that assignment give marks button is not visible. As your query try to find message send from post author. You should consider fixing it. Or provide alternate way where remarks can be saved. There is code mistake in plugin file wplms-assignments\includes\assignments.php Line no 902 echo '<h3 class="heading">'.get_the_title($id).'</h3>'; Here is $id is not available. You need to replace it with $assignment_id.

This is for @alex I saw changes to forum site, I am not happy with this button only editor. Second issue with this site is, when i create new topic I always select "Notify me of follow-up replies via email". But did not get notification for reply. when I see again forum it shows as not subscribed. When I reply to topic & that time I need to recheck "Notify me of follow-up replies via email". Ater that only replies to topic came to me. Please fix bugs of this forum plz

Well our forums were attacked each days from past two months. For security basis we had to update them regularly while checking for malware. You can use the subscribe feature .

Thanks for providing the bug details on the assignment thing , yes its an issue when other user marks assignment complete it might not shows the remarks .
