    The educator is unable to load the assignment and quizzes. The educator is cannot assign a student to an assignment or quizzes.

    Well the assignments wont show just like that , user has to attempt the assignment (start assignment) in order to show in in my assignments sections .It does not detects all the assignments from all his courses just like that . It shows attempted assignments there .
