Hi, I just extended my support I am having a HUGE problem when loading my videos from within the course module the videos are not all playing properly from amazon s3. In the player it is  showing Error loading this resource can you help

Please check the path of your videos . Please also make sure that your wplms S3 plugin is updated to latest version 1.2.2 .

Try making one of your videos public in Amazon s3 and load it via wordpress shortcode. Also make sure you've not added any default Bucket setting in WPLMS S3 settings, there is a pending bug which appears only when default bucket is set in WPLMS S3 settings.

Hi I am still having this issue Error loading this resource I have read your response and also read other people reporting on this problem. What you are suggesting seems like it could fix the problem however, I am having trouble finding the setting you are talking about in amazon the default folder setting I have looked this up and amazon's documentation as well and their documentation is so confusing even after 1 hour I still can't figure out. I have attached a screenshot can you let me know where I should go to switch off this setting so I can get my videos to play again. I have updated all plugins and themes to the latest version. thanks, Justin

Please note that following points : Make sure that your bucket name does not have any special chars or spaces . Make sure that you have provided amazon s3 url . refer : http://prntscr.com/avt236 Try removing the default bucket . Make one of your videos public and check that video .

HI that would be great if you can fix this problem as it is totally preventing me from moving forward and driving traffic to the site. Ok i checked your site and found that you have not filled your " Amazon S3 Host  " field in s3 settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/axwlf2 I filled it with s3.amazonaws.com and it worked fine when i added a video in a unit in your site .

I think it must be a connection issue or something else is going on because if you go back to your example http://www.nicheprofitmarketing.com/unit/test-amazon-s3/ it's showing Error loading this resource and it's happening on many of the other videos on the site as well I am not sure what else to to do. It seems like it is almost happening at random [wplms_s3 duration='5' link='grindstop/soloads/solo-swaps-intro.mp4'][/wplms_s3] Error loading this resource many of the videos on the site do work but still on many of them they are showing Error loading this resource I really put alot of work into the site and would like to get this working properly. please let me know what I should do thanks, Justin

Okay i checked your site again and found that the s3 plugin was outdated and you have updated the bucket name but most of your videos were added from a different bucket name . Please check this unit again : http://www.nicheprofitmarketing.com/unit/test-amazon-s3/ Please check link url it has the prefix of your bucket name . (url i'll be sharing in private reply ) . Please make sure that all your videos are added from this bucket in your site and check shortcode the link param must have your bucket name as prefix . link='yourbucketnaemwihoutspecialcahracters/folder/video.mp4'
