I forget to tell you that I clear up all kinds of caches and deleted the caching plugin and then checked .Previously I also was getting the same issue .

It came out with scores of each question .I have put the checks for each use case now .
Check from A103 till J117. As you see its all N/A. A103 is exact moment react quizes were activated. since then it won't export points for each question.

I exported the results for "L.1. Summary test" :

In the csv file you can find that the marked answers are there for most of the users but marked answers are not there for many students at the last of the csv file there for the quiz .
This can happen mainly of two reasons .
1 . Quiz question set was changed .
2 . Comments or activities were deleted of these students as students responses are saved in comments .

Please fill any of the quizes (2 quizes preferable), after filling the quiz export results and check if your questions have marks in the exported file.
You'll probably see N/A-s in every point of the quiz question.
