automatic registration for the free courses

Hello, I noticed that when a user views a free course he is automatically subscribed to course without pressing the button "start over", which replaces the button "subscribe to the course" because it is a free course. I found a setting in LMS>settings http://prntscr.com/9pokrc  but the result remains the same whether it is selected o unchecked.

I tested on my test site and the lms settings (disable auto allocation of free courses) is working fine. But according to you its not working on your site. So can you please share the free course url and the admin credentials to check the issue on your side. PS: Please mark your message as private while sharing the admin credentials.
