Hey guys, We have a client project where the client is creating courses that university instructors will give to students, and monitor their progress via the WPLMS batches plugin. The issue we are having is with batch creation. Right now the site admin would  have to setup each batch, add courses the batch, and make the instructor the batch administrator. Is there a way to automatically put all courses within a batch, and make the instructor who creates the batch the admin by default? If this is not possible, can you guys give a broad overview of how you think we could build these features? Thanks so much for the all great support so far!

The similar use case is covered in the wplms buy batch feature, please refer the tutorial: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/ OR you can create a batch and connect all the courses in it, refer: http://prnt.sc/enxkqj

Thanks for the response Alex! The buy batch feature definitely gets us closer. The only issue is we would need to be able to determine/pre-populate which courses are included in the batch with the shortcode. We'd also want to remove the instructors ability to choose which courses are included in the batch as these would be selected for them  similar to the method that allows you to set a fixed number of seats in the buy batch feature. Is this possible?

Yes this is also covered in the tutorial please refer the tutorial again and see the 2nd variation (http://prntscr.com/eo76fd). You can set the course ids, then the user can select from only those selected courses.

Thanks Alex. My question is if it is possible to have courses already selected so the user does not have to select them when buying the batch. The training program may have 20-30 courses with hundreds of instructors signing up, and we'd love to find a way take out the possibility of instructors creating batches with the incorrect courses selected, and we'd like to streamline the process so they don't have to select all the courses when they buy the batch. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks H.K Latiyan! Would be able to point us in the direction of how we can build this feature on our own? Do you guys offer customization services?

Hey H.K., We have also set up the buy batch feature, and courses are not populating in the autofill section. http://valueit.me/create-a-class/ Is there a setting that may be causing this?

As already mentioned its not available in wplms, but we can add this in our next update of wplms batches, so I am adding this in our planned features for wplms batches plugin. Track: https://trello.com/c/DdjF0pTu

That's awesome to hear thanks! We have also set up the buy batch feature, and courses are not auto-populating in the autofill when users try to add courses Please see this link: http://valueit.me/create-a-class Is there a setting that may be causing this? Please not this about the current buy batch functionality, not the new functionality we discussed

I checked your website and found out that you have not set any batch seat price in the course, refer: http://prntscr.com/epip3h Please check the tutorial again, you have to set the price then only it will be shown on the form.
