    When my students got the certificate and also got the badge, but the problem is I have not added badge in my course. Kind of this problem came out in my all courses...

    Can you please check if you have disabled badges in course settings while creating the course.

    Can you please confirm if you are using BadgeOS and its wplms addon in your site or not ? Please double check if you have the badge enabled in your course form back end edit course page  . If not then please share admin credentials and url of that course to check this at your end  .
