Batches Free Trial not Working and can’t upload purchased add-on

Hi there. I purchased WPLMS a few days ago and I am having trouble adding on the WPLMS Batches Add-on. It simply says that themeforest id is missing. I went to WPLMS > Getting Started and added the details but still no luck. I have purchased the batches add-on and have it with me, but there is no documentation on how I can upload it!
