Point 1: Share the course Link on which I can check Point 2: Create the paid batches in this way: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/ Point 3: Check the Groups Created from here: http://prntscr.com/122wfh6 And then check, do not create groups from backed, otherwise API call won't be recorded

it is very confusing. have a look: http://somup.com/crftlqFTkr 1- student is not enrolled in a course. when he clicks the enroll button he should go to the checkout page but nothing happens. 2- when you click only 1 enroll button, it also appears like another batch enroll button is gone forever. 3- there is no error message for nothing, it's not accepted as per the user usability. 4- whats the role of course pricing >> use will be confused if he has to buy a course or a batch explain everything. course link; https://edumee.com/course/batches-test/ STUDENT ID/ PASSWORD: studentID / studentID it will be very helpful if you create a proper video for setting up everything

    1. A Private course is a course in which no user can enroll. Please set the course "Free". 2. Yes, the user can enrol only in 1 batch to avoid conflicting settings. 3. For the use case you're testing batches is confused on how you are trying to enroll the user into the course. There is no way configured by you so that user can enroll in the course. 4. Set a price for the course, you can enable force batch enroll for starting course. User will buy course, then enroll in batch to start a course. Let me know if you still need a video, playing around with settings is the best way to learn about the addon.

thanks for your prompt reply. you surprise me with your abilities every time. big thanks for your great work and dedicated support. one last question: i am using buy batch feature and set a page with the buy batch shortcode. when user select an available course batch/ group and select seats. suppose 1 seat price is 55$ when they purchase it, will they be automatically assigned in that course (associated batch)?? as i read, latiyan has written after purchasing the batch it will create a new batch/group for that user and he will be admin. whats the use case for this statement.https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/

When a user purchases a batch from the buy batch page, the user becomes the admin of batch/group and the user can add another student to the batch also. Now when the user adds a student to the batch student will automatically be assigned to connected courses for that batch.
