Well that is not possible with custom code .We need to edit the core files of wplms bbb plugin in your website for this .
This is the only way to customize that as of now .
note that editing the core files of plugins not recommended as the changes made are lost on update making the plugin not compatible for future updates .
If you are aware and ready to pay this price for customization then please share your valid ftp credentials to make the changes for you .

Totally agree with that, but We can use custom code too in customizer.
any changes or update doesn't effect codes of customizer. You can use your custom codes in customizer without any fear of loosing data or code.

Here Mr. alex was asking that. for your query we need to change code directly in your plugin (in your setup). only problem in this was ..
After some changes when we will release update for plugin. you will not able to use updated features as if you update theme your updated setup code for current query will remove.
Thats why mr. alex was needed confirmation for update your code. please reply.

Well this is the very first time we received such request to customize the meeting form , so we cannot change it based on one user only .
The only possible way as of now is to edit the files directly .

Well now we are talking customizing the whole form which was not told before and doing the new changes are bit complicated .
As this falls under customization and not a part of theme support we would like to take it as paid customization for $19 .
