Not sure, there could be multiple reasons, one of the most probably reasons is :
PHP memory limit less than 128mb

Issue was due to some invalid menu items in menus . I removed some but it also removed the megamenu too . You would need to built it again .

do the One click setup only when you have not build any content and just installing wplms .
