buddypress options not available to add to menu

I saw your video https://youtu.be/SbNVhcHtgk0?list=PL8n4TGA_rwD_5jqsgXIxXOk1H6ar-SVCV and would like to add register to my top menu but the Buddypress heading is not an option to select from. Please advise.
