bug in the forums when editing a post

When clicking on an existing post forum to edit it, this is how it looks like (attached). It's the same regardless of the forum user being a participant or keymaster, and same with my admin site account. Tips to fix it please?

Thanks for the quick answer, but unfortunately it didn't help... You said:

I don't have any problems with the sidebar/ that was not the question.

As you can see from the picture, there's only a blank space where the editing area should be, both in visual and text mode. Plus my users don't want to edit on text mode - understandably enough. This is happening both in IE, Edge and Firefox (didn't try in Chrome).  

3. Also, Try deactivating FEE from wp-admin->WPLMS

I'm sorry, but I don't know where to find 'FEE'. Can you indicate under which sub-tab it is?   Thanks, Nataska
