Hi,
Quiz retake is not recording number of retakes so students are able to take multiple times to take the same test again and again. Moreover, the previous results are not shown.I am using Modern theme latest with all latest plugins.
Let me know whether you were able to reproduce this issue. If not, I will provide login details.

Same here. And also no student can pass a quiz. It's always reproving them no matter even if all answers are right. Always return a fail result, also for Admin testing.
This is really urgent for all of us, please.

This comes from the activity, please make sure the activity component is enabled in the buddypress components.

Is there a possibility where you could login and check what is happening. I am using Course layout 2 or 3.
I created a course and 5 questions are there in auto evaluate mode. When I submit the course, it will auto evaluate and show the marks.
Do you think anythin else I am missing here, I am not using the option where quiz open inside the unit rather it open a new page.. Will that settings make any difference?
As you can see 3 users are alredy reportig .. may be we are all doing some mistake somewhere

sirajcmr: Did they fix it for you? Here the Activity Stream was really deactivated, but even after setting it on, still not working properly. Retakes still all available and Results not.
Latiyan: Also my students do not pass the quizzes even if their marks are 100% right. Should I open my own ticket for this?
It is not solved for me, I also cross checked everything. I hace requested whether they could login abd check in my setup.

@Guitc : Please share your site credentials, since the issue is not replicable on our setup it is most likely an incorrect settings case.
Please confirm :
- Activity component is enabled in your site
- You're able to locate the evaluation activity of the student in course activity.
Also note that changing the settings later on would not have any effect on existing results/retakes.
The retake count is calculated from Activity, so if the activity was not enabled previously there is no way to get the lost data.
@sirajcmr: Please read the above reply and if all are correct then share the admin credentials to check.
