Hi, I was checking on the account page and I noticed this button that neither works nor has an address on it's link. This button is supposed to do allow users to retake the course when the course is expired, take a look: http://prntscr.com/djs8xg

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your website and found out that you have not connected any product to any of your courses. You need to connect woocommerce product to the course and course to product then only the link will be generated properly.

I connected the product to the course, but the link still insists in not being gererated http://prntscr.com/dki4ee http://prntscr.com/dki41d This is a free product, so I thought there was no need to connect a product. And though it's free, students have to apply for course to subscribe Product: http://prntscr.com/dki5mp

If its a free course then you don't have to connect any product to the course, the free courses automatically gets renewed by clicking on the button. On clicking on the button it should redirect you to the course page with a start course button. I checked your website. The issue was you have enabled apply for course setting in course pricing section. I disbaled it and now it will work fine. Please check and confirm.

Well, actually, it is sending me to a checkout page. Although the course is free, we set the Apply for Course option intentionally. It is part of an offer, you see. The user has to do things like like our page on facebook, for example, then apply for course. Then, we check if the user did that and, if so, we approve his subscription without costs.

Well its sending you to the checkout page because you have connected a product to it. Please make sure of the following: 1) If its a free course then do not connect any product to the course. 2) Right now if you enable apply for course feature then the renew button won't work.
