Buy course button and course start date after course has started

Is it possible for both the 'buy course' button, and the course start date in the course card in the directory to change to say 'this course is currently running, the next start date is XX' when the course has started? Thanks

What I understand here is that you have a start date set for the course and after the start date is past, then the other users should not be able to enroll in the course and this message should be displayed. But in this message what is the next start date, from where this next start date is coming. Please clarify this.
