Cannot find how to enable buy batch feature

Hello I just purchased the batch addon to enable some of my customers which are companies to buy courses in batch for their employees. However I cannot find this option "enable buy batch" under the settings of LMS as described in your documentation. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-buy-batch-feature/   Has this option moved somewhere else ?   Have a good day, Morgan

Also, I already introduced my licence code and turned on the addon (it turned green in the adon dashboard)

@morgan, No, this feature is not moved anywhere. If wplms batches addon is installed and activated on your site then this setting will definitely be seen in LMS > Settings > Enable Buy batch Feature Check whether your plugin is activated or not from wp-admin > Plugins > All Plugins If still, you face any issue then share your site URL with admin credentials here in a private reply. I will check this on your site

Dear Diana, Thanks for your response, Unfortunately it is difficult to share admin credentials as my client has some confidential info in his administration. Please find here a video showing you plugin is both activated in plugins + in lms->addon and the list (LMS-> settings-> general ) where Im looking for this option. https://streamable.com/o435o There may be another option to activate before to be able to see the "enable buy batch" ?

@morgan, I guess the LMS Page is cached on your site or some sort of caching is there which is not showing the updated page. Try disabling cache because the same plugin is working fine on my localhost.

Dear Diana,   After deleting the cache, disabling Wp Supercache, disabling all other plugins, this checkbox does not appear...I do not know what to do Do you have an idea on how to check if cache really is the problem?   Morgan

@morgan Right now, you are using no plugins for caching? The code will work same for everybody. The same code is working on my setup. I thought that the page is cached and that's why it is not showing anything. Make sure you have no third-party plugins installed and then Let me know if it works or not
