    The courses are just showing admins to add as co-authors when I try to modify them as an Admin.

    Hi... Thanks for sharing the credentials, I checked your website and created a new instructor in your website with name as instructor for testing purpose. I found out that your instructor doesn't have the edit_post capability. I guess you have changed the capabilities on your website. Since the instructors no longer has the edit_post capability so the wplms do not recognise the user as instructor and hence you cannot add them as a co-author in your courses. You need to again change the capability of your instructors and allow them to edit_posts to add them as c0-authors in wplms courses.
