Can’t install required plug-ins

I started a thread here but still have problems: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cannot-install-required-plugins/ Invoice Number: IVIP39445334 Using the links you gave for the r2 required plug-ins with that Envato Invoice Number for the XXX does not work. What is a "purchase code" and where to I get mine? My support is current. I can't install the required plugins and I can't get captcha 2 to work on the Getting Started page... LiveFaith.TV the credentials are on the original ticket above... Please help, Richard Golko
