    I used to switch user profiles with the Switch User plugin on WPLMS 3.9 with no issues. But, after upgrading to WPLMS 4.9, the plugin isn’t working. This is a problem, especially when trying to download student certificates. Can you help with: Any known issues between the plugin and WPLMS 4.9? Alternate ways to switch user profiles on WPLMS 4.9?

    well im sorry there is no alternate currently and it the user switching wont work in v4 .

    you can add an elementor block in the member layout called " Achievements " which shows certificates of the user on thier profile. : https://docs.wplms.io/administrator-guide/step-by-step-guide-for-administrators/directories/profile-layouts
