Cant upload tours.json

Hi, i followed this help document: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translating-user-tours-in-wplms/ (step 3) But i get a message "Please upload a Zip package with index.html file" even that i have index.html file inside the zip file. Please help Omer

for tours you can add upload the file by yourself  via ftp or cpanel -> file manager in wp-content/uploads/package_uploads/tours/ folder .  if there are no such package_uploads and tours  folder then please create then manually .

Hi, I have upload the file the a manually to folder : wp-content/uploads/package_uploads/tours/tours.json But still i dont see the new translation it tour.
