Certificate background image not printing

Hello, I noticed this is a common issue and I went through all the other threads relating to this issue, but none of the solutions worked for me. The background image appears on my certificate popup, but not in the actual print preview (or printed result). Thanks

well in my case background is showing but not in place : http://prntscr.com/liawro    Would recommend to disable the "disable certificate image mode" from lms settings and check it again .

Hey Alex, that indirectly helped me. https://i.imgur.com/HyJOvVm.png Under more options, there is an option called "Background graphics" that was unchecked. That did the trick! Cheers, Mike
