    The image mode saving of certificates is bugged. watch this video. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mvfhql9yc2zg9qz/certificate%20bug.webm?dl=0 1.when certificate is generated - loads normally 2.when you refresh page of user profile - the image of certificate is loaded instead however its not showing the correct screen capture of the certificate. 3.go to media to check the file https://clinicalcodinghub.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/20022-170.jpeg it loads some black line. i checked the same file on server via ftp it shows the correct screenshot of certificate. I went to edit the image in media (rotate/rotate back again --> click save) now the image is showing correctly. 4. This bug is showing on 5 other wplms installs with the latest version of wplms.

    no its not working fine, please rewatch carefully the video and redo the exact same steps. (i think the lms settings for certificate image mode was disabled) thats why it was showing correctly. Please make sure the setting is unchecked.

    nvm looks like working now, all i did was disalbe wordfence, SG cache optimizer
