Just installed and activated the builder. It launches like this: https://snipboard.io/6wfEW7.jpg So I am unable to edit as shown on your video tutorials. Enabled the Show only PDF certificate option in LMS > Settings > General to Both on or off does not make a difference. https://snipboard.io/34Um9z.jpg Please assist

Actually, there is an issue that it is not saving everything in one attempt Like first save the alignment of the text and then try changing font and other stuff

hi this is the default functionality as I have mentioned in these steps: select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly drag and drop the element according to your design choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will work

Hi Veronica It cannot be a default functionality to lose changes when I save. This is a bug in the plugin or functionality. We are designing as per the videos or tutorials but the changes do not save. This is the issue

hi, please refer to this video: http://somup.com/cY6iXGlZqE as you can see the settings need to be saved for one element then need to save for another element and then save the entire certificate and update it
