    Dear Sir Doesn't know why my certificate lost it design, and not showing any images. https://prnt.sc/iwwi4p And also could you provide any certificate templates or sample to me? Because that I don't know the CSS language...

    This issue most likely happens when the images for the certificate is loaded via CDN. Can you disable CDN for specific resources like the certificate image. Which CDN are you using ? Also please share your site link for me to be able to help you better.
