    Hello, now the new certificate doesn't appear. I have automatically give the certificate, the courses doesn't have test. Before, It works. Could you fix it? Thanks!

    Hello, i did not see any quiz attached to the course. Refer: http://prntscr.com/mw6vyt a certificate could be earn only when student pass the quiz. you have set the 10 marks on 100 in the setting. Refer: http://prntscr.com/mw6wrx When user attain the 10 marks in course quiz only then the certificate will be assigned to him/her. if you do not want to attach a quiz then you have to assigned the certificate manually after course completion.

    Hi, I don't have a quiz in my courses. I want to extend the certificate automatically, without quiz, like before. Could you fix it? thanks!

    Hello, Note: Make sure your course is in auto evaluation mode and add the %age required to earn the certificate in course settings. When a user successfully completes the course, the certificate will be rewarded to that user. I have completed all units for the user: marielcerra And i after finishing the course i have achieved the course certificate automatically.     Hello, it is working, when i was checking it worked. if you want to check to follow these steps:
    1. create a new course with 3 units.
    2. the course should be in automatic evaluation mode.
    3. set the certificate percentage at 10%.
    4. also set a badge and its percentage to 10%.
    5. take this course and finish all the units. in the end, you should receive badge and certificate as well.
    please let me know if anything goes wrong. i will test this again.

    Hello dear, i have checked the issue and i have found that you are using theme/ plugins are of version 3.8.5. refer: - http://prntscr.com/nzt2bk - http://prntscr.com/nzt352 and we are running at 3.9.3.2. please update your theme and plugins to the latest version. issue will be resolved with new fixes.
    Note: please create a backup before updating your theme or plugins for the precautions.
