Certificate Font issue

Hi I could set up a desired certificate for my own course but as my language is RTL Accordingly there is a minor issue in displaying font characters, The issue is that Certificate templates only support Arabic Unicode NOT Persian these two languages use almost the same lettering system except in Persian there are 3 extra letters گ پ ژ though the certificate template  can not display these letters as showing  below! http://prnt.sc/tzqo6t   I want you to add this Free/ Non commercial Persian font to the certificate Template   P.S The above font support both Arabic and Persian

hi My certificates work now the certificate pop up showing great but when I download the PDF its context shows question marks instead of text like :    ?????????   how solve it
