Certificate in Profile

Hi when I create a course and set a certificate and a badge for it though after enrolling the student and finishing the course it says you got the badge and the certificate but when students go to dashboard> profile> view there is only badge available but the certificate is not visible   how to solve it?   https://prnt.sc/ti88ir

hi,

Please make sure of the following:

1) The certificate is assigned to a student only when the course is finished.

2) The student should pass the course to get the certificate.

3) The certificate is added to the course after the student finished the course.

Also try assigning the certificate from the course admin option manually, refer: http://prntscr.com/a0hm3z.

yes I added manually and now it is showing but why after finishing course it says you got the certificate but not showing

maybe the activity didn't set for that case check the student activity the two activities should be there

1. you have completed the course
2. for certificate assigned.
