Certificate instructor custom field shortcode not working

Could you please explain how to implement this custom field correctly? Use the shortcode like this : [certificate_instructor_field field="name"] Where name is the buddypress profile field of the while registering into site . refer : http://prntscr.com/askowr Not only name you can display with the help of this shortcode but all the profile fields of the instructor of the course . refer : http://prntscr.com/askp9v Change the name with the profile field name .
