It seems as though the certificate print and download button option does not appear when enabled and using google chrome.
Can I get some help with this?
It works in Edge but a piece of the right side shows a black stripe. Also, when i tried to download as pdf through edge it was in portrait mode instead of landscape and only had a portion of the certificate.

Certificate print and download button option will appear in certificate if the print and pdf switch is enabled when you edit the certificate in the backend. Make sure you have added the width and height of the template as well.
Then check your certificate

Well quality of certificate is an issue as of now.
We are using a script that is based on screen resolution of the user machine as it takes screenshot of the certificate html generated .
the issue relies with this script itself .
We are looking for better options for this .
REcently we have integrated with Accredible certificates service .If you want to try it :

Certificate is cutting from right coz of its dimensions .you need to adjust the certificae width and height .Ideal would be 800 X 650 .
