    Hi, I have created a test certificate. But it doesn't look properly in the generated copy. Please help. It's a high priority and urgent!

    Hello, Please give me your site URL and admin credentials so that i can check the issue. make sure your theme and plugins are of version 3.9.6.
    html builder is unreliable and having issue thats why we created pdf certificate. this works well trust me.
