Certificate not showing properly

I submitted this same question before, but it has not been answered, nor is it in your list of current topics. Therefore, I am submitting it again.   My certificates are not showing correctly.  I've tried reducing the background image size, specifying the size of the certificate, and more.  I've followed the exact instructions in your instructional video.  Nothing is working.
