We are having some issues when the users emit their certificates. we were unable to find a pattern of when it happens. Instead of rendering normally it appears like the image bellow

Dear User, Then something is conflicting with this. Please share your site uRL with admin credentials in a private reply we will check why it is showing as cutting out. May be some issue with adjustment of height and width

So, from what i searched, there is no Way to fix the mobile render?  I saw that it is possible to send emails, tried using it but It does not send the certificate attached. My main problem is: Most of my students are using cellphones and they render the certificate wrong so my team must go and create a new one. How Can I solve it.

yes, certificates are not responsive. They are based on strict and width and height . The problem is actually we are using a script that takes a screenshot of the certificate HTML that is generated. As the certificate is based on fixed width and height in mobile it always left short of width, the script runs, and takes a screenshot of this certificate without knowing that it is being cut off from the screen . What we can do is prevent the user to open the certificate in mobile and ask them to view it on the desktop for the first time only .for this you can use this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/add-notice-to-view-the-certificate-on-desktop/
