Certificate templates missing images

Hello friends! we have some courses like these: course 1 course 2 Where some students that finished the course have their own certificate but in some cases the certificate is not shown as well, the images are missing, here is the example of the problem: video proof Could you tell us what is happening? please.

Hello, Can you indicate me which certificate template has this issue , I will replicate for same , Before this please use this tip fro same template if not working then i will do: Please refer this tip: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ Download the certificate template from here and then use this as an example and create the template from this, or simply edit the template present in that tip and then use it.
