How you guys, first of all, take love from our team for your team members' hard work and support. Recently we are facing a very tough issue. Students are yelling. Need your quick response. This is a Learners query, (Message: I was qualified on February 25, 2020. And today when I tried to validate my certificate for the purchase of hardcopy ... It shows today's date as my qualification date. And there is no IAO certification when I check today.) The main issue is when a student validates his code he is showing the current date every time in his certificate. Need Your attention and support asap.

hi first, I would like to request you that please use wplms PDF certificate plugin regarding plugin setting: make sure that you have checked the setting in lms>>settings>>show PDF certificate only and another one in edit certificate template and enable pdf certificate it’s all the adjustments that you have did on your certificate. let me clear the steps for pdf certificate 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will work here are the tips regarding the PDF Certificate plugin refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/pdf-certificates/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificates-update-1-3/ and when you completed the setup recheck this issue by assigning the new certificate to the user

hi please check this one: check the activity of those users of which you are verifying the certificate if their submitted course activity is recorded or not because if this activity is not recorded then it will take current date as course completion date

Hi we checked this out , such a issue has been fixed in the update of wplms pdf certificates plugin. Please update your wplms pdf certificates plugin : https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-pdf-certificates/ Assign user the certificate again but here is the tricky part : if you assign certificate again then it will began to show the this date for the certificate as the certificate was assigned today . So in order to fix this you need to goto wp-admin -> activity -> serach for all "bulk action" activity for certificate allotment , then delete the current activity .
