Certificate visualization problem

I am logged in as a student and i can't see the certificates ! I added the short code: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/students-certificates-shortcode/ but i can't get it to work; in practice even if i am logged in the php function: is_user_logged_in does not return the correct user ID
