October 25, 2018 at 6:00 am #181502el_expertsSpectatorHi, I am unable to make the certificate feature work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSfK1aO2DGE In your video above, the certificate shows name 'admin' and 'student' correctly. When I try this, the student name does not appear. I use this in Certificate Template: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION Awarded To [certificate_student_field field=”name”] For Successful Completion of Course [certificate_course] Is this correct? regards PS: I have already given you the admin credentials in another post. Can you pls create a few certificate templates in the site?October 25, 2018 at 1:02 pm #181628DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 25, 2018 at 5:49 pm #181691el_expertsSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.October 26, 2018 at 8:01 am #181733DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 26, 2018 at 8:40 am #181740el_expertsSpectator@diana I created a certificate template (using the code given by earlier). The certificate does not show the name of the student. (In your template too, the same issue is there.) I want to generate/issue certificate with the Student name. rgdsOctober 27, 2018 at 12:52 pm #181969DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 30, 2018 at 11:13 am #182308el_expertsSpectatorHi, Any progress in this?October 31, 2018 at 8:02 am #182476DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.October 31, 2018 at 2:51 pm #182575el_expertsSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 1, 2018 at 6:25 am #182650DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.November 1, 2018 at 10:00 am #182668el_expertsSpectatorHi Diana, Thanks a lot for your response. I am sure this should work. Anyways, I will check this and inform you in a day! regardsNovember 1, 2018 at 11:54 am #182682DianaParticipant@el_experts OkaySeptember 23, 2019 at 9:13 am #227258icanuniversityParticipantHi, I have designed a certificate template and tested it. When in the certificate template settings, it shows the location of name and other parameters in corect spot (in HTML as well pdf). However, when I attach it to a course and run it, it is completely out of what (different fonts, different text locations and so on). Moreover, it is not updating the changes when I make changes to my template. Even if I delete all texts in the template, the certificate generated from the course still shows the fields. When I access the certificate for the same course from the mobile, it shows a very old template (i.e. the cert template is not getting updated). I am very very frustrated as I have spent the whole day today on something which shouldn't be this hard. Please guide. I want to fix it and move on with other things. ThanksSeptember 24, 2019 at 11:37 am #227497loganMemberHello, this is surely cache issue. your certificate is cached. first of all, create your own topic so that i can ask you for admin credentials in a private reply.
download this plugin from here and then upload zip file: wplms-pdf-certificates
this plugin is fully flexible and platform-independent. As this has extensive & vast functionality you can modify certificate as per your requirement. it will also ensure a high-quality certificate.
