Certification permission issue

Hi, everyone are allowed to get a certification, even if they havent finish the course, even if they aren't logged. I need that certifications can only be viewed and downloaded by logged users who have successfully aprooved the course. Thanks a lot for your help.

Im sorry can you please share more details about this on how they are getting certificates event when they are not logged in ? Can you please share more details to it ?

Please disable "Show Course Badge & Certificate in PopUp on course details " from wp-admin -> lms -> settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/gvxtve
