Change color mobile menu icon

Hi, I would like to change the mobile menu icon color to #1bbc9b, however I am unable to find the right settings or css code. Pleas help.

1. background: #1bbc9b;

in Appearance->Customize->Custom css

The mobile menu icon is not visible against the white header background. Right now it is like if there is no menu icon. This is before one clicks to access the menu.

Hello,   I have pasted this code at the first line of code in wp-admin->Appearance->Customize->Custom css.   here: Refer: http://prntscr.com/n6rqwm   #trigger .lines:after, #trigger .lines:before , #trigger span.lines{ background: red !important;} if you face any problem after this please let me know.
