Hi, Please paste the given css  in wp-admin>appearance>customize>custom css ul#menu-main-menu li a:hover {color:#ff0000 !important;}   Change color as per your style.

The screenshot sent by you shows the footer menu but on your site like there is no any footer menu visible. Do you want to change the main menu hover color or footer menu hover color? PS: Please create your own topic .
