Change name of wp-login.php

My site is being absolutely hammered by a DDOS - it's been down all day and students can't access their courses. I'm a bit desperate. I want to change the name of wp-login.php, which is the page all the requests are being aimed at. How will this affect WPLMS? What will I need to change in WPLMS so it all still works? Thanks

Try using security plugin such as wanguard, it works fine with wplms.
